Serendipity – Hug from an Angel

Today I am going through some tough emotional things. I put on some frequency music while I was working. You can find it on youtube. This one was called Hug from an Angel. I have linked the song below, if you interested in a hug from an angel too. Something told me to look down as I was sitting there and what do I see? A feather.

I know what you’re thinking, but I don’t have birds. I do have feather pillows, but they have those zip on pillow protectors. Of course the tears streamed down my face at that point. We are never alone, and that is such a comfort to me, and today I need it.

Messages from Spirit

Happy Birthday Otto

Our guardian angels, guides, loved ones, or whatever you chose call them send us messages all the time (especially when we ask for them).

Yesterday during meditation I asked my guides if the were able to give me a sign when I am not being true to myself, as sometimes I don’t even know when I’m doing it. It’s second nature to me to put others first or have flexible boundaries etc.

They said yes of course and told me how they would let me know. It was actually the word Clover that I heard. I thought, okay that’s weird, but I looked up the meaning and it’s not always luck as you’d expect.

Fast forward a day…I had a doctors appointment this afternoon. When I visit this particular doctor I like to check out the bookstore that is nearby. I had actually talked myself out of it and was in the turn lane to go home and I made a last minute choice to go.

I didn’t find anything at the bookstore, but I figured since the pet store was a few doors down that I would pop over and get my dog Otto a special birthday cookie. He turns 5 today!

When I walked down the dog treat aisle I was struck square in the face by a display of dog treats in the shape of a clover!!! It was even the brands name. I was awestruck!

I hear you!!! I’m truly grateful too!!! Keep the messages coming. You can get messages too. Ask and believe!

Coincidence or Synchronicity?

I have been doing a lot of reading lately about the difference between a message from spirit and a thought. It became really clear to me this morning. When I get a message from spirit, it’s got a feeling attached to it instantly. When you are aligned with your soul, these can happen instantly.

Here’s an example. Last night I saw a rainbow out the window as I was painting. I took a picture because I thought it was pretty. At bedtime, it occurred to me that the last time I saw a rainbow was the day my sister and I took our trip to get the last of the things from her apartment. I instantly knew that rainbow was a message from my mom.

This morning I was speaking to a friend about the significance of rainbows. Not ten minutes after this conversation, I was listening to the radio and the Fleetwood Mac song, Seven Wonders, came on and in the chorus there’s a line about following the path to the rainbow’s edge. I felt warm and loved, and I knew that it was confirmation that indeed the rainbow was sent by mom.

Side note: My guides know that they can send me messages in song, so I get a lot of messages that way, but there are so many ways they send messages.

As I always tell people that want to connect with their loved ones. The more you are open to the messages, the more you will receive. Spirits figure out what works and keep doing it.

Everyday, I feel more in awe of the magic of the universe, God, and our planet.
